It all started in a Marin kitchen, where Gwen took every opportunity to make the desserts for her family. 

Professionally, she developed product for Levi's, Restoration Hardware and Gap, but she spent her free time creating luxurious, hand crafted artisan goodies. 

People always raved about her desserts and she thought perhaps she could make them a bit healthier to make the indulgence even better. 

Each batch of Lilybites truffles and spoon fudge is handmade using the highest quality ingredients, including real chocolate, and organic ingredients whenever available.
